I was working with 3-4 dealerships to get the best deal. All the staff at Bud Clary are top notch from Brian, Wyatt. Josh and Dayvonne were the best. I was treated great and this is my third new car purchased in Moses Lake.

I took my 2025 Jeep truck with less than 14,000 milles in for Oil change and tire rotation. I was talked into a "Engine Oil Conditioner" and a "Crankcase cleaning service" for an extra $120. I find out after the fact this was completely unnecessary for a vehicle with low miles and that has the oil changed every 5000 miles with synthetic oil. And I find out that Jeep does not recommend doing "Engine Oil Conditioner" and a "Crankcase cleaning service" , this can be a major risk to the engine and components. I wasted $120 for something ... Kyrsten was amazing, wouldn’t have wanted anyone else! A few people have said negative things snot Bud Clary, but I’m huge on finding the right person to work with. Kyrsten is honest and won’t steer you wrong. It’s been a month and I’m extremely happy with our car! The service department is a whole other story🙄 just know your shit when you go in there. Only issue I had were the tire sensors the next day but the warranty, although it took a few visits, got them replaced.
Customer service needs improvement. No update or call back on service status. A few voice messages left and no response.
What a great experience working with Joe and Sydney in the service dept they took what was a nightmare situation and worked with me got my truck running wish I would've come here first to get my truck back on the road .

Originally, I went in because I saw a 2020 Honda Civic Sport posted online, but when I arrived, it had already been sold. Had the Most Positive Car Buying Experience I ever had due to the Worker's Professionalism. Namely Vicente Martinez. He worked hard and listened to what I Needed and Wanted. He is Diligent in his Pursuit of The Customers Needs and was Honest and Straightforward, as a Car Salesman should be. Fast service from the parts department and service team. Prices kinda crazy but where isnt now and day right? I was surprised i wasnt bombarded by a car sales men 🤣
Kyle was amazing and he even came in on his day off to accommodate us. The financial guy found a lower interest rate than I did and he even discounted the warranty for us. Sydney was the best though! She called all of them and told them to roll out the red carpet after we brought our Jeep in for repairs the third time in 3 months. Thank you everybody!

They were able to squeeze me in for a quick diagnosis and discovered a pretty serious issue with my truck.

I had a great experience at bud clary. Danielle was very helpful and answered all my question and got me into the vehicle i wanted.
Solid team, got me on the schedule very quickly, tried to recreate the issues I was having, asked if I would like to show him the issue as I drive it, went on a ride along with me and, had a technician in the service department diagnose the intermittent issue, and got parts coming. Will be fixed on Monday. Excellent service team. Thank you

It took a month for service department to complete a simple job. The service agent wasn't very good at keeping me informed about the progress. Not happy with service agent!
I took my 2025 Jeep Rubicon Gladiator truck in for some warranty repair work. Joseph got me in right away on a Wednesday. Located the problem. Order the part and installed it the following Monday. Free coffee and cable TV while you wait. Worth the visit.

The Jeep was dropped off for an oil change! Later I received a text that said I needed to items changed soon. One was windshield wipers which I said no to, the other was cabin filter which I said yes to! It was finished quickly! Thank you
Josh helped me trade my car in for a newer model. He was extremely professional but didn't make the experience feel rehearsed but made me feel genuinely welcomed in as a valued customer even though it was my first time there. I highly recommend if you ever go in to request his help as he goes above and beyond to help you and is extremely forward about the details of your vehicle like the value what it's worth to the dealership and if there is a better option.

My service at Bud Clary was great! They sent me videos under neath my truck and also pictures of what needed attention. While I waited they had a shuttle that took me somewhere to eat and drove me back! This was great considering I hate waiting in the waiting room and haven't had lunch yet.

Adam was very easy to work with. Adam explained all the available options and pricing for regular maintenance for my 2019 GMC Sierra 3500HD Duramax Denali. Work was done and vehicle was ready when promised. Overall very please with the service provided by Adam and the service team.
Sydney was very professional, polite and obliging. I told her I would like my car back by 12 noon, it was ready before. When I returned to pick up my car she informed me of what I still needed done and the estimated price.
Chill, laid back, helpful. This place knows how to find and train their sales staff. We worked with Wyatt for a few days trying to find a pickup truck. They ended up not finding anything in our limited time frame, but they worked hard on our behalf and were always respectful and kind. This will be the first place I will shop again when I'm in the market for a new car.

One of my commercial pickup trucks broke down out 40 minutes from them. Had it towed to Bud Clary service and had a great experience. They were super quick to look at my pick up and keep me updated on what was going on. I dropped my car off at 730 for recall repairs and they were done before 11:30. I love that they can find other repairs that might be needed and have you decided if you want those online with prices. It takes away the feeling of being cornered. They also shared pictures of items they felt needed to be replaced.
They were friendly and efficient. I did not get pressured in to buying extra services! I was shown how dirty my air filter & cabin filter were and they suggested I replace them. I appreciate them being helpful without pressure!
