Service writer couldn't find our appt in the computer. Took extra time to get us checked in. Then took extra time to get vehicle back to us...If an employee takes time off someone should cover their work...especially when a customer is waiting for their vehicle on a simple job...

Having my car serviced at Bud Clary was absolutely great! While they were servicing my car, I was given a ride home and then picked up again when they were finished. My tires were rotated while the oil was changed and all the fluids checked. They did a great job!

I was stranded with my EV almost out of charge in Moses Lake and mapped to the Ford charging station after finding two others not working. Even though this is just for their customers, Mark and Preston got authorization to let me charge and really saved the day. I am so grateful. They were very helpful and I would definitely shop here for my next vehicle. Extremely kind and helpful guys!

Bought a new van and the check engine light came on. Took it in for the weekend and when I got it back, the light was still on. Little disappointed. But the customer service is phenomenal and everyone is super helpful through everything. Thankfully I have warranty as well. But yeah, little frustrating to deal with check engine light issues with a car I just bought.

Have had nothing but fantastic service from Bud Clary Sales and Service in Moses Lake, WA, since March 2021 when I got this car from them. They are the only ones I trust with my vehicle which has been serviced and this is first time I had my car in to them for repair (this visit) and tire change previous to this visit last year.

The service department at Bud Clary is knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with!

Great Service Dept. Sydney is a great help in getting my Ram 3500 looked at and problem fixed.

Chandler was very helpful answering all of my questions and showing me the options available to me. Even when he went out of town he responded to my texts and handed me off to the very capable care of Wyatt. He’s been in contact since I purchased the vehicle and offered to make time to help me be more familiar with the capabilities of my new Jeep.


Brought my truck in for a software recall. I had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes as the service advisor was on the phone. Along with the recall update I notified the service advisor of a drivers side exhaust leak and a tire pressure difference. I asked for proper inflation specs and told the advisor that my low pressure light had come on this morning. She said they would check and fix the tore pressure. The tech only checked one front tire, not both. Kind of disappointing. My exhaust leak was blown off as it “Isn’t doing it now” . I’...

They got everything done and right but charged over $250 for diagnostics. Happy with the service but just feel like it was a bit expensive. $480 plus to have sensor replaced.

Very kind. Came in to get a new fob. I had my baby in a carseat & was offered help with carrying her. The service was very quick. And they even tried to fix my old fob. And even told me about a function on my fob that I never knew about. I don't feel like I was treated differently for being a woman, which is important to me. They rock & I only want to take my truck here. AND I even got a new hoodie 😎

I have to give their service department one star. I had my Dodge in there just last month and they had to replace the key Fob, immobilizer, and programmed them. Now my key fob won't lock or unlock my truck. My old one doesn't work either. When I called for them to check what the issue is, they treated me like this was a brand new issue and told me to make an appointment with the service dept. If it turned out to be their fault, they would not charge me for the diagnostic fee and/or repair. ...

Hello folks. I first need to apologize to Joe and his crew for not sending this sooner that said I was overjoyed when I last had my Ram repaired. Firstly I was certain that I had broken bolts in the exhaust system on the drivers side I asked for an early appointment planning to be there all day as I knew that the procedure takes a long time. Had a great experience. Easy to schedule the appointment and they were ready for me when I got there, and got me right in. Waiting room was very nice. Service was good, but was not told that I had to pay a deductible. That was a surprise.


Service was excellent except for one thing. When the tires were rotated, the air was not adjusted. Should be 60lbs front and 80lbs rear. When I got home and checked the tires, I had 80lbs front, and 60lbs rear. Other than that, everything was great.

My 05 dodge ram ruined a fan bearing halfway between Spokane and Ritzville, which is on I-90 out in the middle of nowhere. It was 94°. After three hours, I had the truck towed to Bud Clary in Moses Lake, because that was the nearest Dodge dealership, and I figured that would be the best place to have the work done. I had a little side trip planned with some friends for the next three days. I explained my situation to Joe, the service writer, and the truck was fixed two days later.
