Bought a high mileage used jeep patriot from here for my son to use for college. Really clean and well maintained. Sales person was really nice. After 2 and a half months the vehicle started to lurch and I had it towed to the dealership. The service department called and said the transmission and differential needed replacing.
The vehicle was still covered under 90 day in house warranty. They said they emailed the owners to get authorization for the repairs. I thought I was going to have to fight and argue. Within 10 minutes they called back stating the more than 9k in repairs and labor were authorized. We got the jeep back in a week and a half as they had to order the transmission from Chrysler. Faith, my service rep, provided outstanding service. She scheduled my vehicle in a timely manner and kept me informed as to progress. I needed to have my vehicle seen quickly because of travel plans and Faith made that happen. She followed up with a personal phone call to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done. I will definitely schedule with her again.

Last week, I took my 2014 Ram 1500 over to Bud Clary for a recall fix on my truck's tailgate latch. Nine months ago, I had a prior recall appmt which was was done but the level of service and timeliness was not that good.
This recent visit was a radical improvement in both good timeliness and a meaningful level of customer care I appreciated.
Beyond the recall service, Clary Service Dept looked at my wheel alignment, and other related areas where tire performance and wear are a factor. They gave a detailed rundown on future fixes and associated costs.
I will likely return to Bud Clary to get selected services performed because of the quality service I recently received. Thanks BC service dept.
